Sam provides personal service to a wide range of business clients, from large corporations to individuals. He specialises in tax planning and compliance, audit and superannuation - where his level of commitment and involvement has maximised client returns and ongoing profitability. Working closely with businesses, government and professionals, Sam oversees clients involved in energy and resources, import/export, entertainment, real estate, travel and tourism. Sam also has a keen interest in politics and has served as a Councillor and Mayor of Warringah Council.

Barry has been in the profession for over 40 years and also has a wide range of commercial exposure. In the early seventies, he has a director/shareholder of an international company which marketed some of the first data processing systems in Australia to large corporations and governments - running a data processing bureau in Sydney and Canberra. It distributed the first hand held calculators in Australia.
In 1976 he became a director/shareholder in a company which introduced the first digital watches to Australia, and subsequently went on to acquire the Computerland franchise for Australia and the South Pacific, as well as distributorship for Apple Computers in Australia.
He is very experienced in real estate, having syndicated and developed several projects including three shopping centres and many residential subdivisions. Barry's expertise facilitates consulting on complex problems, tax planning, negotiations, dispute resolutions, business acquisitions, disposals and valuations.

Graham is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, a Certified Practising Accountant and a Registered Company Auditor. In addition to many years of experience in handling a wide variety of audit assignments ranging from special purpose audits and investigations through to audits of listed public companies, Graham also has a vast amount of experience in handling business advisory, management consulting and expert witness roles as well as accounting, taxation and superannuation work.
In addition, Graham has been at the forefront of applying personal development expertise to assisting clients with building more profitable, valuable and enjoyable businesses.
